What do we know about the team? There is a PM, a teamlead, senior, middle and junior developers, and there is techlead! At work, the team is constantly faced with new challenges and problems. It can be new projects, challenges, problems of interaction with the customer, with each other, etc. Without pretending to search for a universal recipe from all problems or create an elixir of immortality, we reflect on the role of techlead in solving problems faced by the team, and in particular its role in the development and formation of the team and, of course, the development of the techlead itself.
