How to arrange in a team. Harvard method (Workhop)

At the master class will be considered a model of "constructive negotiations" ("Harvard method") that makes it easy to transfer the conflict situation in a constructive way, and easily find a reasonable agreement acceptable to both parties (win-win solution).

Planned result:
Knowledge of the key principles that allow to translate complex negotiations in a constructive way and to work out a reasonable agreement (acceptable to both sides).
