Stas Fomin is the deputy director on an information technologies at «CustIS» company. He has worked for this company since 1999. He has executed tens successful projects on software development and introduction of information systems. Last years Stas investigates perspective systems, architecture, frameworks and standards, introducing effective tools and software development methodologies in the company.
Andrew Mayorov, Russia
Expert in architecture of software systems, founder and owner of BYTE-force company. For several years he was working in academic sphere (in Center for New Information Technologies of Yaroslavl State University), then in software development department of large distribution company. Got tired of corporate life he created his own company.
Now he specializes in development of web applications using .NET Framework. With his colleagues he develops in-house server-side engine which is based on original concept of hierarchical organization of data objects.
Published several open source projects. Particularly, ObjectXPathNavigator - component which acts as "adapter" transforming object graph into XML on the fly.
Andrew was speaking at SECR, CEE-SECR and SEF conferences. Active participant of Microsoft .NET User Group in Yaroslavl. Published several articles on software architecture.
Andrey Bibichev, Russia
Graduated from the Applied Mathematics faculty at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) with honors in 1999. His scientific specialty is Computer Vision. But in 2001 Andrey left post-graduate school and joined Customized InformSystems Ltd. (www.custis.ru), where he worked as senior developer, team lead, architect and last four years as head of Tech. Evolution Department.
Several months ago Andrey left Customized InformSystems and joined hi-tech startup where concentrated on developing of low-price markerless motion caption technology for masses (www.ipisoft.com).
Part of time Andrey teaches TDD and BDD, participate in AgileRussia community, take part in various IT-conferences as speaker.

Roman Elizarov involved in professional software development for the exchange and brokerage activities for more than 10 years. As coordinator of projects at "Expert System" Company (known on the international market as Devexperts), he participates in the development of the trading platform thinkorswim, recognized in the U.S. market as the platform number 1 for several years by a respected magazine Barron's. He is an expert on high-performance processing and dissemination of large volumes of data on transactions and applications on the market, algorithms and data structures to maximize performance on modern architectures, gave a presentation on these topics at various conferences. In 2000 he graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University, where he currently teaches a parallel and distributed programming course. During his studies at the University participated in the International team competitions Student Programming ACM (ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest - ACM ICPC) in the team of the University. Since 1997 and currently he is a Chair of the Competition Jury of Northeastern European Region (Northestern European Regional Contest - NEERC) ACM.
Oleg Tsarev, Russia

Studied in the University of Novosibirsk at the Physics Department. Beginning from 15 years develops in C + +.
Started his career humble teacher of computer science in school in Berdsk. Since 2005 worked for telecom company "Signatek"(Novosibirsk). In 2007 moved to the position of Senior C++ Developer in the Bridge-Query company (St. Petersburg) for the project QD (relational OLAP DBMS), the project team - the physical plane. The last year has been developing MySQL.
Hobbies: functional programming languages, high-perfomance applications, meta-programming, software design.
