Abstracts should be sent to the email email@example.com.
There are no requirements for the report design. It is only necessary that the idea of the report was clear, and there was a brief plan of speech. If you want to make a master class or roundtable, please write about this in the letter.
Abstracts are reviewed by the Programme Committee of the Conference. If your abstract will be accepted, you will need to make a presentation according to the recommendations.
Presentation design recommendations
Final version of the presentation should be sent to the Program Committee no later than March 31.
Please note that the program committee may decide that the report is not suitable for presentation in the section, but can be represented as a short report with a flip chart or a stand. If you agree with the changes in format, you will need to adapt the report.
When you submit your paper, you are giving the rights to the conference committee to publish your articles in conference proceedings and reference them in conference materials such as booklets, newsletters, website, etc.
Speakers (authors of the regular presentations, round tables, master classes) will get FREE passes to the event: one free pass per accepted paper.
Speaker (authors of the flip chart (stand) presentations) will get discount to participation. The price pays off proceeding from actual date of registration. Save your money, register now.
Authors, whose reports have not passed a competition, can participate in the conference on the price for actual date of registration. Save your money, register now.
Participants registered as speakers, but have not submitted a report within a specified time can take part in the conference on a common basis for the current price at the moment.
In case if a report on the recognition of the program committee did not meet minimum requirements (for example, submitted with the intent to mislead members of the Organizing and Program Committees), the author of the report can participate on a common basis for the current price at the moment.
In the case of several co-authors of a report, only the real speaker will get the free ticket.
